Mandalaphy offers:

Hand-painted and personalized Mandalas answering a Mandalaphy-Test every work is created with intention and care. Mandalaphy piece is handmade, unique and you will have the original piece. Also, all dealings are direct with the author to co-create your order together from start to finish.
My First Mandalic Coloring Journal able in English or Spanish and other creative publications.
Workshops in Art Therapy and Active Meditation for personal growth and inner peace.

3. Orders and Payments

All prices are listed in USD.
Payments must be completed before delivery or participation in workshops.

5. Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

Because our artworks and workshops are personalized and handmade, all sales are final.

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We’ll review the situation and find a fair solution.
Workshop cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled or credited toward a future event.

All Mandalaphy artworks, designs, journals, texts, and workshop materials are protected by copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute any Mandalaphy content without prior written consent.
Sharing for personal or non-commercial purposes is welcome, provided that proper credit is given to Mandalaphy by Nancy Mandalas.

Returns are accepted only in specific cases, such as damaged or incorrect items.
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns for:

Custom-painted mandalas or personalized artworks.
Digital downloads or printable materials.
Workshops, events, or online sessions, once registration is confirmed.

4. Reason for Return

You may request a return or replacement only if:

The product arrives damaged or defective.
You received the wrong item.

We may ask for a photo of the issue to help us understand and resolve the situation quickly.

5. How to Initiate a Return

If approved, we’ll send you the return shipping instructions.
